More 2006 FOV Information

Post by lightning2000 » Tue Oct 25, 2005 9:21 am

Hi All,
Just got the new 2006 brochure from Unimax. Besides the vehicles I've already discussed, I noticed they have a new 1:72 Micro Military assortment included in the brochure. Here's the skinny on some of the new 1:72 scale vehicles you can expect:

UK M3 Grant medium tank
German Sd. Kfz. 251 halftrack with side-mounted rocket launchers
German Mobelwagen AA Gun
Russian Su-122 self-propelled gun
US M3A1 halftrack
US M113 APC

New aircraft include the following:
USM F-14A Tomcat
RAF Tornado GR.1 fighter-bomber

As far as the 1:16 scale figures go, here's the soldiers being portrayed:

Joachim Peiper (panzer commander)
Helmut Rossel (Fallschirmjager)
Friedrich Steinhauer (Fallschirmjager)
Gerhardt Bergmann (panzer commander)
These look like the same figures included with the new King Tiger so I can only assume now that these can be purchased separately.

Will pass along more info once we get it...

Wow, hats off to FOV for sending us something different! I can't wait to check out the Grant, halftracks, Su-122 and Mobelwagen! Lighting, was there any new figure packs listed?

1:72 Figure Packs

Hi,
There was nothing in the way of new 1:72 scale figure packs but dont be surprised if they announce a bunch in February at Toy Fair.
