Tamiya Masterworks 1/35 Ardennes King Tiger, Red 008

Post by Ara » Tue Jun 05, 2012 1:23 pm

Hi guys,

I was lucky to find this rare, prebuilt gem for $69 today. It is missing its gunner's turret hatch but I can either make one or ask around for one. I knew about the missing hatch when I bought it.

This is a very nice late production version with no zimmerit, ambush paint, metal gun barrel and metal tracks. Sits well with my two Dragon KTs.

I have seen many colour plates of 008 and some thinks that the colours are red, some think it is blue, I'm not sure.
