Noticeable difference between 1/72 and 1/80 scale F-14s?

Hey guys. I just found a diecast I'm interested in, but it's in 1/80 scale, not the usual 1/72. It's a Hogan 1/80 F-14B Tomcat VF-101 Grim Reapers (the red jet). I have a pretty decent 1/72 collection, and I am very partial to VF-101, so I'd like to add this piece, but I don't want it to look out of scale on the shelf. Is the difference between 1/72 and 1/80 going to be majorly perceptible, or will it be more like just putting two different manufacturers' birds near each other like a FOV/Witty?Dragon situation where they all look a little different but in scale? Thanks dudes!

yeah it would be about 10% difference in size. Very noticable.

It may not be that noticeable if you stagger your display pieces, maybe camouflage a little bit by displaying on its own or with other planes other then a 1/72 F-14, or play around with depth/height perspective.

This scheme might not be done by 1/72 manufacturers for a long time (maybe Witty might?) but if its a good price and you love the scheme, do consider going for it :D

Yeah, I thought about that, but my OCD won't allow it lol. Gotta keep it all one scale.
