Dragon Warbirds 1/144 scale

Post by oberstengel » Tue Sep 13, 2005 9:15 am

The Dragon USA website is showing a November release for a 1/144 scale B29. Hopefully this is the first of many multi engine warplanes from Dragon. Looks promising!

Whoa! $39.99 for a 1/144 model? A little steep for me, esp. for that size! Although, it appears to be pretty nice.

That price is actually cheap for a 1/144 plane.. Corgi sells a comparable B-29 at $45-$50, and others like the B-17, and B-52 run in the $50.00 range..

It does look promising. I'd like to see Dragon make a 1/144 B-52. :D
