Toy Soldiers of San Diego (TSSD) has a pretty nice line of 54mm (1/32) scale urethane foam buildings that work well for WWII. They offer both painted and unfinished versions and they aren't terribly expensive. I have a couple of these and I like them, not as detailed or expertly painted/weathered as Build-a Rama stuff, but MUCH less expensive than comparably sized structures from BAR. The site is a pain to navigate though.....

Check out Hobby Bunker. They have all types of buildings, painted and not painted, intact and destroyed or partially damaged, etc.
