Some of the 1/32 vehicles for this year are very exciting. Any word on when we can expect their availability?

I had wondered about them as well, and noticed that their website was changing. Most noticably, it was showing a whole lot less. So I sent an email and asked. Here's what I got back:

Our website is active---and, we are happy to say, so are we! A couple pages on the site are in
a state of change, as they were promoting older items which have since been 'retired' from our
production plans.

FORCES OF VALOR and Unimax Toys are going strong---and planning some new summer
(June-August) releases for our collectors:

Russian KV1 Heavy Tank 1:32
King Tiger 'Porsche Turret' Version 1:32
Sturmgeschutz III Ausf B Eastern Front 1:32
2.5 Ton Cargo Truck Normandy 1944 1:72
German Elefant 1944 1:72
Panzer IV Ausf J 1:72
Panzer Ausf G 1:72
Russian T-34 w/Soldiers 1:72

Thank you for your correspondence & for your support.

It's not much in the 1:32, but it's something. It's not looking good at all for me, since I prefer the modern era, but, again, it's something. At least it keeps me hoping.

Hi,
Most of their new introductions are expected in the June-July timeframe according to their latest product update. I would imagine they'll be announcing their 2010 lineup at the upcoming iHobby Expo held in October.

Ditto. I've actually been selling off my collection piece by piece. It's no fun when there's nothing new to look forward to. I had 29 modern era vehicles. All 1:32 scale and was planning to add more.

Will they still be sold at retail (Target, TRU, etc)? I haven't seen anything in stores, new or old, for some time.
Sorry if this has already been answered.

Apparently not. Check Kmart or Meijers for items, but sadly nothing new.

Check your Kmarts if you need the older items. Mine have had all of their FOV stock reduced for clearance. Yesterday I picked up 1/32 scale stuff ( Stugs, Stuarts) for $9 each. 1/72 scale stuff was cheap too. Tanks were $4 each. Too bad they didn't have any jeeps as I can always use more of those.

Thanks for heads up, just went there too today. You've a great catch! but prices are different over here in SoCal through. :(
The prices I spotted were 1:32 small box vehicles: $16 and 1:32 soldier sets: $8. 1:72 vehicles: $5 and 1:72 soldier sets: $3.50
Didn't see any 1:72 aircraft, but I did bought a 1:72 King Tiger.

Are these FOV's at Kmart action grade or hobby grade?

Kmart only ever had the Action grade.

I stopped at a Kmart today and there was not much left. The 1/72 figure sets were 50% off, around $3 each. 1/32 Stugs, Stuarts, etc., for $17. Bigger pieces Paladins, etc., $21. I'm going to check some other Kmarts.

The 1/32 bonanza at local box stores is about to end.........

Thanks. And thanks for the heads up about K-Mart. I'll try to check, but was hoping something new would be coming.
Another line ending. :(

I stopped at another Kmart and the FOV was 50% off. Picked up a Lee and a Stuart for $9 each; a Palidan for $11; and figures for $4.50. I'm going to try some other Kmarts tomorrow. I'd like to get a Stug and an Abrams. It'll then be time for some customizing...

Does anyone's Kmarts have Abrams on clearance? I'd be interested in purchasing, or if Kmarts distribution is poor, maybe trading for some of the M3, M5, MLRS, or M109's that mine has.

I haven't seen any Abrams but I'm looking. Seen lots of Palidans and MLRS'.....

I'm pretty sure since the first reports came in from last summer to now there was no sightings of any Abrams at K-Mart just a lot of MLRSs and M109s for large box vehicles.
I've checked 2 more K-Marts and pretty much more of the same, strangely all the 1:72 aircraft is missing in all stores.

Last I checked at the Clovis, CA K-Mart, they had Paladins, MLRS vehicles, Stug IIIs and a few Stuarts. There were plenty of 1:32 figure packs and first-series 1:72 vehicles. Very few 1:72 aircraft.

So, now that Target only carries the plastic 1/32 versions, will the Action series of 1/32 be gone? I can't remember if this has been discussed. I know here in Michigan we were also able to get these at Meijer stores as well as K-mart, but I don't believe they sold well in either store. Now both are clearing out their stock with no sign of newer waves.
I really hope we have not seen the end of inexpensive 1/32 vehicles.

I think Action grade is done. Too bad... I'll have to see what's left at Meijers.

I went to a Meijers today. No deals/sales. Same product as Kmart except for planes.
