Favorite 32nd scale Stuka paint scheme

Post by Sabrefan » Fri Feb 22, 2008 2:45 pm

I think the 32nd scale 21st Century Stuka is an excellent model. What paint scheme do you like best on the Stukas out so far? I really like the "snake" scheme, but they all look great to me.

This is a tough one Paul... I really do like the "Snake" as well, but I think my fave by just a little over the snake is the "Splinter" camo version...

My fav is the snake scheme as it was the same scheme as the old Revell kit in the 70s that I built more than a few times..

All the schemes are really great. To go along with the rest of the crowd, I'd have to say my favorite is also the "Snake" version. It is aparently the most accurate renditioning of that particular paintscheme out of all the small-scale versions of it.

I also really like the "Helmut Bode" Stuka - the green one - as it is a plane that actually participated in the Blitzkrieg campaigns.

I have yet to run across one but I think I prefer the Afrika camo without the snake. The snake is just so...loud.

I saw the snake way back in the day and didn't get it... that was BC...

Before Collecting :D

But a few weeks later I bought the yellow cowling stuka, my fave still. I'm only missing the snake. :D

Addiction started with a Stuka... <.<

I agree with Olifant. I like the "regular" African painting (and have one)more than the Snake. I will going to buy the simply dark green / black green scheme Stuka (France 1940, that means Battle of Britain, doesn't it?), too. I also agree, the 21CT Ju-87 is a great mold.
