I keep hearing the word scam

Post by JeffSmith » Thu Sep 25, 2008 10:19 am

I keep hearing about scams, No need to worry about that from me over a 14.99 toy, lol. I am a firm believer in a higher power and I, like everyone else have enough to answer for, stealing a 15.00 toy would not be something I want to add to my resume'. One tip I would suggest would be small trades so the most you could loose would be 15.00 to 30.00 if you get cheated, or at least until you know the person for a while. :P , good luck and at some point I hope to make a few trades myself here.

Jeff: That's a "J" not a "y". BTW.

Yes- NC. Our motto here on the Crystal Coast: "Bring Your Money, Leave With Your Wallet"

3x Wal Mart
1x Target
1x TrU
1x Hobby Chest
1x Tuesday Morning

You of course are correct in doing small trades and waiting for successful conclusion before the next.

As an eBay seller/buyer I have had people literally drop dead in the middle of a transaction.

Jeff, that is actually a pretty good collection of 1/32 in your AO.

Only one of my AO WMs has discontinued 21C while the others still carry a very slim assortment of 1/18 figures, 1/32 playsets and AC, 1/48 AC and AFVs and of course, the always underfoot 1/144.
