Latest FOV hits the UK

Post by DomiUK » Tue Aug 28, 2007 2:14 pm

My latest recon to Modelzone today showed a lot of new goodies.

The latest batch of 1/32 had arrived including a very nice Stuart tank that I was quite impressed with , the Flak mounted half track a new scheme T34 and the stug 3 with tank riders.

The 1/72 halftrack and howitzer was also there but the figures in the pack were particularly poor (badly bent barrels etc) however I did not see the dragon wagon.

Hobby masters KV1 and KV2 were also in stock for the first time.

Not sure what it was about the stuart but I think ill buy that one despite my vow to stop getting 1/32 any more.

Yep at a show here in the UK last week I got 3 new vehicles. The half track with 6 occupants, the King Tiger with riders and the Stuart.
All are excellent value for money. The figures are much improved but the faces do look a bit zombieish! Too much dark paint around the eyes!

Wow, not only do you lucky guys have the Premiership Football to watch in person, you are getting excellent FOV "stuff", too. Good reports, thank you,

"why have you vowed that?"

financial reasons and the fact that even my loft has no space left. 1/32 just takes up too much room when you start getting to the 50+ vehicles level.

As long as conte dont release painted plastic WW2 ill be able to hold off.
