In my experiences from many TRUs, the problem with TRU is that they usually do not have much in stock. They do not even restock all that often in the 3.75 or 1:18 department. It is hard to find the good stuff as the employees buy them all up.

That's true. My TRU very rarely gets new FOV in. Also, I have NEVER seen any WWII FOV there, and the stuff they do have is usually a few M-60's and Bradleys.

As for BBI stuff, they haven't restocked the figures in months. They had a good amount of figures at one point but they were slowly picked clean and never replenished, so now there are empty pegs. They had one of the New Corsairs and an Old Crow yesterday. They had a ton of Little Birds but those are just about gone as well, I think I saw two or three.

When I started to collect XD I visited a TRU in New York. At that time (2001) they had the P51, Messerschmitt, Panther, Sherman, Kübelwagen, Willys Jeep and all available US and german figures. So they had everything in stock that was available in 2001. That was a real good selection. But okay, it was New York and we don't live in the year 2001 any more.

Nothing 21C at TRU today.I grabbed a bunch of BBI figs.I'm pretty sure that I am the only one buying them so I think that Rowsdower is right.I could go back in a month and find that lone paratrooper that I left behind.

I suspect we won't see any 21st Century product in TRU until late September or October at the soonest--just in time for the Christmas reorg.

At Walmart looking for the new GI Joes yesterday, their toy dept manager said they are doing the toy aisle resent for Christmas in 3 weeks. Only hopes this means we see the stuff at TRU sooner, if the stores are already getting ready for Christmas.
