But I think the pre-order or "early" prices on the others was $35 too so maybe it is coming soon. Would be nice if it was in stock and $35 with free shipping. :D

Shipping for me was shown as $9.99, but I know better than to expect free where I'm at. $9.99 is a big bonus and one of the reasons BC has become a major source for me.

y'all are making it really hard to resist breaking out the visa card... that BadCat is not too far from 21st makes it even harder to resist.

As a frequent Dremel user (woodworking, car customization, etc.), I will never forget the safety tip: "Do not use this power tool as a dental instrument." Just something to keep in mind while resisting the urge to get carried away...

Nah, dentistry is not a hobby I care to pursue. lol

I posted the modified hitch in the customs forum in my repaint thread. I did get a little carried away.

Some photos of my gun crew (inspired by those excellent Dragon figures).

We goofed! We posted this item on our site yesterday by mistake. It is not yet available:

German Sd. Kfz. 251/7 Hanomag – Pioneerpanzerwagen 1:18

Thanks for the heads up!

OK, Badcat called. The PakWagen won't be available until next year. Sigh, however my me-262 shipped out today from them, so it's all good.

I had to run into WM today and checked out the normally barren XD section. To my shock they had all the new vehicles except for the M16. I was hoping for the M16 so I could swap out my defective one but no luck. I don't like the Stuka Zu Fuss and I have the Pioneerwagen and PaK. So I'm happy they have the new stuff but bummed out they didn't the one I wanted.

But then I walk down the aisle a bit and see four Atlantic Avengers! I didn't have the cash one me since I just bought a bunch of GI Joe six packs but I was able to convince Santa to give me the money and I'm about to go grab one. Now I just have to wait until Christmas! :P

Finally! I found the PAK-40 and Pioneerpanzerwagen at the South Haven, MI Walmart. Snagged the last one of each, and no sign of the M16 or Stuka zu Fuss. They did have a healthy stock of Bf-109s and Marinenflieger F-104s, and the ever-present RC vehicles from last year. It looks like we are going to get hammered with freezing rain and snow, so sounds like a good excuse to stay in the house and work on a diorama or two...

EUREEKA!
Finally found the PAK-40, Pioneerpanzerwagen, Stuka zu Fuss, and M16 pieces at WalMart in Tidewater!
For those near Chesapeake, Va. the Battlefield Blvd. Wally has several sets stacked topside in the automotive section. I picked up one of each and doubles of the PAK-40 and M16. Haven't really had a chance to check them out as they will be Xmas presents for my teen son, except the doubles are mine! He lets me play too!

Thanks a million! Ran down there today (30 minute drive) and you weren't kidding! They had at least 8 of each up on the overhead shelf in the automotive department. Finally have a PAK-40! Thanks again,

Andy

Andy,
I was hoping you would see the post and get what you wanted! I didn't know if you might find one closer to home. Sometimes the new (enlarged) WM off of I-664 at Chesapeake Square Mall has a good stock of stuff. I've had some luck at the other one off of Campus (?) Dr. also. My favorite WM is Nimo in VB.

I really appreciate the tip, I am finally all caught up thanks to you.
The Walmarts in Hampton and Newport News are horrible about restock. The only one of the three in my area that carries much of anything is the Jefferson Ave Walmart, and they have 10 1: 18 mustangs and 7 stukas that have been there awhile now so nothing new coming their way until they get rid of them :-(

I finally found a set of new Halftracks and Pak- 40 at a W.M. in Princeton N.J. They had one set out on the floor but of course way up on the top shelf. I found myself a ladder and plucked them down 1 by 1. No W.M. employees were around to ask if they had more in the back. Now I can stop my crying and I wiped away all my tears. :D :D :D
