The Gate version does ride a bit taller than the solido or the 21C. Perhaps due to the fact that the steering wheel actually turns the front tires? Dunno...

I like the Solido Jeep over the Gate version. Mainly because of the top and the detail IMO. I don't have my Solido Jeep out, but doesn't it have working steering too? Both though need work to look like they are in service. They are too clean right out of the box , too show room look for me .
