Sherman Custom?

Post by macvsog » Sat Oct 09, 2004 1:03 pm

So, i have a question on the 21st cent. diecast sherman.

How easy/hard is it to customize this piece... meaning paint, and filling in body holes and such.

any body know?

Macvsog, I've got two of the diecast Shernans and have not done any custom work on them. As far as painting and filling holes I'd treat it like plastic. For the holes fill them with Squadron Green Putty and sand. If your sanding the diecast part of the tank you should prime it and then repaint. I'm just wondering how difficult it would be to cut?
