My 1/18 F14 pilots

I bought the resin kits couple years ago, and finally have got them finished.
They fit perfectly in the F14s.

Nice. According to his instructions the parts should be painted first then glued in place in the cockpit, otherwise they won't fit. That's why I sold the set I had. I used some blu-tack to hold the lower part and torso together and tried to get them in their seats but, they would not go. Apparently you figured it out, well done.

I did not use glue at all. I drilled holes in all the parts and inserted metal rods glue to the main body. I then installed the lower part (legs) first flush to the seat, then inserted the upper body to it. It took me couple minutes to get both pilots in their seats. Since I did not use glue, both arms and head can be moved as needed.

Nice, they came out great! That's a good idea putting the lower
legs in first and then the rest of the figure. I like the display as well.

I think it's a must to install the lower legs in first, then the upper body. There is no other way.
