1/18 scratchbuilt BF109 G2

Post by meirelesmam » Mon Aug 27, 2018 7:29 pm

Hi everyone
I’m a new member, so let me introduce myself: My name is Marco and I’m a Brazilian Air Force fighter pilot.
My model collection is about everything related to German ww2 machinery, so a few time ago I decided to scratch built a Bf 109 in 1/18 scale, using cheap materials. After the first one, I couldn’t stop, and started to built others ww2 German machines like a BR52 Kriegslok, also in 1/18 scale, and a second ME109. Nowdays I’m working on a 1/18 King Tiger.

Fantastic work! Always great to see such excellent custom work :D

The company Blue Box International (BBI) made a prebuilt BF-109G2 in both a Mediterranean theater scheme and in the liberty of one of Erich Hartmann’s early planes.

Yes! Amazing work indeed. The cockpit and engine are models that could stand alone! :salute:

Very impressive
