It'll need a repaint as ambush camo was never applied to these. The name is a little misleading as well, since these weren't actually trains; they were essentially armored patrol cars self-powered by a 76hp engine adapted to run on track like the Germans did with a few AFVs like the French Panhard 178. They ran anti-partisan duty on the Eastern Front in small groups of 1-3 cars due to fuel shortages. Originally they were supposed to travel in lines of 20 vehicles, but not enough were built (this was 1944, so shortages were growing).
And how basic was the original Tamiya kit? Many of the details like the bumpers are incorrect. For that much money it should look as good as the Dragon 1/35 kit at the very least.
