1:18 Gee Bee Racer Kit (Maybe)

I was on the phone with a Hobby Shop about the pre-built Pegasus 1:18 Gee Bee Z Racer they had advertised for sale. While on the phone they said Pegasus has planned on reproducing the Gee Bee, but in kit form, next year.
I'd be interested in getting a kit, I've always wanted to get a pre-built one but never did.

I passed up on the pre-built Pegasus GeeBee for years until finally getting one from a board member. He had modified it to include the bracing wires (strangely absent from the finished model, though all the mounting points were there) and he also added a partial figure in the cockpit. It is a fantastic little model and a unique subject in the world of prebuilt 1/18 aircraft.

Always wondered why Pegasus never released the model in kit form when they had for the X-1 and V-1 models.
