Chinese knock off Panzer VI

Post by Aracula » Thu Sep 22, 2016 8:49 am

I am trying to set up a purchase of these tanks from a Chinese supplier at a price between 13 to 16 dollars a tank plus shipping. If anyone else might be interested in getting in on this please let me know and then I can figure out exactly how many to order from them in one shot.

Thanks

Do you think it is possible they send the tanks on the direct way to Germany?? If yes I would like to take 4 of them.

I would be in for 1 or 2 of these.
Do they have other models or just this one?

I would be up for 12 at that price, depending on shipping and assuming they come 4 to a box like 21st century shipped them. Happy to pay in advance. Thanks for trying to set this up, I was doing the same thing a few weeks ago but didn't get very far! :-)

Would you be willing to Stug/Brumbar two of each before sending them my way assuming it all works out?

I've seen these before but now I can't find anything online about them. Thought there was more than one type. Is there a website or a company name available?

Question, for those that have already used this knock-off Panzer IV for customization, how easy is it to remove those inaccurate mud guards on the fenders? Are they a separate part that can be pulled off or are they molded to the fender, meaning they have to be cut or ground off? Thanks for any insight :D

They sent me a whole list of different tanks you can purchase from them at discount prices, but they were all 1/16. I sent another request for the 1/18 tank, and am waiting on a response, so will let you know what I find out.

Not sure of a company that makes these, just know you use to be able to buy them from eworld toys but it seems they are out of business now. The side skirts have to be cut off unfortunately, but it is not to hard to do with a dremel tool. I got another email from them and told her was wanting to order 48 tanks, they come 12 to a carton, she said she would get me a shipping quote so soon as I hear back I will let you all know.

And she did tell me price per tank before shipping was 13.35 a tank.

The rubber tracks on the knockoff Panzer IV are less detailed than the 21st Panzer IV.
Other than the tracks and the fenders as Aracula has said, its the same tank.

May be someone could make a replacement set...... :D

eworld toys is out of business now? Crap, I just placed an order for one of the Panzer IVs... If they are indeed out, I'll cancel my order since I did it via Paypal...

I would be interested in 1-2 of these tanks as well.

Sounds like a good deal for the price though I'm not in the market for any. Interesting, this picture shows it with a muzzle break. The other one used here doesn't. Actual model may not have it :?: The Browning fifty must have been captured off a Sherman. :P Says 5-10 mph :!: Wouldn't that be awfully fast? Anyone know what those other two tanks in the picture represent?

I have 3 of these they do come with a muzzle break, I found this link about 4 years ago....

as for the other tanks, one looked like it had an Abrams turret on the Panzer IV chassis.

Normandy

Don't try to buy any at eworld anymore, they are not apparently in business. One phone number I called has been disconnected, and the other they do not answer. I bought 2 from them back in August and never received them, so had to file a protest through paypal to try to get my money back.

That picture though is the tank I am negotiating with them in China for.

Well got the info on the tanks. With the shipping which is a unbelievable 1010.00 to ship to my address, the tanks would be 34.50 each if I placed a order for 48 tanks, total price was 1650.00. Which is a little high for a donor tank maybe for people. These tanks are good to use as donor tanks or to repaint to make a Panzer IV if you cut off the side skirts.

But anyhow that is the info I got, when I ordered them from eworld they were 29.00 a piece, but then they charged you almost the same just to ship them, last time i bought two it cost me 98.00 with shipping.

Well that is the info I got, is just a lot to ship from China.

I assume that's because they are sending them on a pallet overseas and the size and weight is a factor.
