Box sizes?

Post by flayrah » Mon May 30, 2016 7:23 pm

I'm remodeling some closet space and want to calculate for display/storage of 1:18 aircraft (assuming if and when I find any that are affordable. Wishful thinking!). Can someone tell me the width of bbi WWII aircraft boxes (Zero, Mustang, Hellcat); and 'standard' 21st/Motorworks boxes. Thanks

Bbi boxes are 705mm wide x 206mm high x 154mm deep
21st boxes are 662mm wide x 230mm high x 256mm deep

Dimensions are taken while facing the front display window of the box
Both bbi and 21st have a larger box for the bigger birds. I can grab those measurments but will have to get the boxes out of storage.
