There is a buy it now of the same tank on ebay for $350... :lol:

I figured it was the seller posing as a buyer pushing some poor saps bids higher and higher but why would they put that high of a bid?? AND.... if thats the case why not do it with this FOV Tiger listing also?? :? :? :?

That's a bit ridiculous... The FOV 1:16 Sherman is a very nice tank model (I have one and love it) but it should retail for around $400 at most. The other eBay auction is a very good price for the tank.

Maybe it's a vessel for smuggled contraband...I wonder if he realizes the irony of his statement "You will never see a price like this for this model." :)

Look at the bidding history - it's virtually all the same bidder. Looks suspicious.

If you turn the autobid history on, it's looks like the top two were automatically outbidding each other until it reached one of their limits.

$1345.00 thats just nuts. The FOV Sherman is a nice model but not that nice.
