Jon (Jnewboy) did a great Stuka for a friend of mine. He made a video of it in which he takes the wings on and off and this may help you in trying to take the wings off.

It is actually easy but takes a little arm pressure. The plastic is quite durable .

1. Sit down with stuka facing up .
2. Right side set the traling edge on top of your thigh with fuse between your legs.
3 . grab the nose just under the prop and the right wing close to the tip knuckels on the leading edge.
4. Pull apart pivoting the traling edge on your thigh.
5. Repeat left side.

A little force and they will pop off.

John Wayne : Mine was taller

Hi Greg

I can't do a link from here but if you do a google search titled Jnewboys photobucket it will bring up his S1237 images. Go to page 36 and its up on the right hand corner of that page.
