Now accepting orders for the 1/18 Lippish P-13a
Hi guys!
As promised I am in the final stage of producing the Lippish P-13a in 1/18 scale!
Its alittle over 14" long and 12.5" wide (not including dolly)
Right now I am saving up for the resin and finishing the dolly.
The kit will cost $150 ($130 for the plane + $20 for the dolly) plus shipping
The full build will cost $300 (primer, camo, weathering, decals) plus shipping
Those of you who elect to get the full build will get the high quality I am known for and it will be painted like the picture above. Special requests will be accepted but will cost more as needed.
Anyone who sends me their payment before the 24th of January will enjoy a 10% discount off their total as it will help me with the resin costs.
(Full build = $270 ~ Kit = $135)
My paypal is [email protected]
Please state in the payment what your buying (Kit/Full Build)
Details about the plane:
No control surfaces will move.
Canopy will not open and shut.
Full build will have a pilot built in upon request for an additional fee.
Plane will be made of solid resin construction
Dolly will be metal/resin. Wheels will not roll.
I expect to be done with the dolly by this time next week. Then I will cast it and pour the first one, build it and paint it to be used in the video. My goal was to have the video done by the end of the month but now I am thinking it will be the first or second week of February.
With a little luck I will have everyones orders processed by March so I can return to my back log of projects.
Thanks!!

Maybe a few build pics to see what folks will be getting before the vid ?

I'm certainly interested! I agree it would be nice to see maybe some teaser pics of the kit parts to get an idea of the model.

I totally understand that most people will want to see the final product first before sending money. I'm not ready to take pictures of the final thing and this is so much different than other scratch builds that it would not accomplish much by showing pictures of molds in the lead up to the final thing.
Im sure this sounds strange but once the project is done and you all see the video you will understand. It has been allot of trial and error and every mistake has cost me time and money. These mistakes have been corrected and now you all can benefit from my experiences when you make your own 1/18 aircraft using the same method.
Anyone willing to take the leap of faith will be much appreciated and if you are not totally satisfied when you see the final version I will be happy to refund you.

Thank you to all of you that have placed orders! It means alot to me that I have so many members trust. This project has given me an even greater level of respect for Mathew and the others who do projects like this on a regular basis and the process Im using is a much easier process than the painful scratch build process like what was used to make the Horton, King Tiger and others.
Zelda I hope to get to it this year but after this video is made my hope is that others will step up and follow the directions to make their own 1/18 planes and if the Natter is one of those then so be it. If no one else decides to do the Natter when I am caught up I will make it.

I'm glad to see the project is going well. I would love to be a customer I'm just not interested in the subject matter. Now when you build that Salamander, I'm a buyer for sure!
