Meritt/JSI Harrier

Post by f56tbird » Wed Dec 09, 2015 9:30 am

Gentlemen..
The new JSI Harrier is out and I am sure it has been added to many of our collections. Finally a new subject. Was wondering what our members think of this aircraft as far scale, assembly, workmanship, fit and finish and investment value for the long term. My example has a couple of fit problems which i corrected easily, but other than that i am very satisfied with this new release. Looks great next to my F-14, F-16 and F-18. Hopefully JSI has some more new subjects on the back burner. Happy holidays to all....

You might want to look at this post. There was a lot of conversation about the Harrier. I have a couple of them and I agree they look great with the other jets.

Good looking and highly-detailed jet, despite the somewhat inaccurate paintjob and some workmanship errors like the wing gap and fixed canopy. It does go well with some of the newer 1:18 modern jet repaints from BBI and JSI. I like mine :D

Somewhat related: have we heard any rumblings on upcoming JSI offerings? I think they are moving forward with the Huey.

I'm curious what other re-releases might be in the pipe...

Or armament packs for the harier >.>

Just to ask, did somebody mention an accessory armament pack to be made available separately for the Harrier? Wondering if it would include a belly gunpod and additional laser guided bombs, litening pod etc.. Or perhaps I just imagined I heard this one...

A lot of people would like to see one. I have not heard a commitment.
