I am interested in the Sturmtiger! Can we vote on that one?

If not, I want to vote for the Stug first, and second the SU-85 or SU-100 (CanberraPaul-great idea!).

But if you could, please consider the Sturmtiger! It is way cool, especially with the below paint scheme.

I'll second the M60, I want an M60A3 TTS, USMC M60's also fought a significant tank battle against Iraqi Republican Guard T-72's during Desert Storm. Great tank, had better optics than the early M1A1 Abrams.
