Hey Guys,

I may have an issue with the full builds .

I have enough decals to do all of the kits but NONE for the full builds . ( stars and tail cation flash )

I called my decal maker and he said that his machines are packed away and it may be late fall till he can get to them.

I have had stencils made of the stars and flash but I am not sure how user friendly they will be.
THE STARS HAVE THAT RED OUT LINE ON THEM.

I am hoping ( l planed to use them ) that the stencils will work out.

But in case they do not , would it be possible for you kit guys to loan me your star and flash decals just in case.

My decal guy says that they will be truly replaced.

Work progresses on The first build.

There is a lot of nipping and tucking going on.

The prototype fitted perfectly , the production parts not so much.

I am trying to take pics on what I am doing so it will be easier for you guys building your own to fallow along.

I built a brand new 36 " paint booth to paint the full builds with 2 blowers .

I thought that it would be big enough. It is not.

I am rebuilding it to 5 feet with 4 blowers

A potential buyer wanted to know the specs .

I thought you guys would be interested as well.

Here are the HIND Stats. in 1/18 scale.

Nose to tail ----------------39.25 "
Rotor diameter------------38"
Rotor to tail fin------------44.5 "
Main rotor to tail rotor---46.5
Height -----------------------10"
All measurements are aprx.

Cockpit paint masters almost done.
It took me over 3 days to make the painting templates.
I did all the button details with tooth pics.
It took me 3 hours do !!
They worked great !!!
I am going to let the parts dry over night before I stick the instrument faces.
