$125

PM sent .

Thanks guys a lot of work went into this .

I am no expert but the real noticeable difference in the early mid and late versions is the mantlet collar / well .

The early and mid production did not have the ballistic bolts top and bottom on the collar and of course the tall radiator fan .

There were was a little different arranging on top of the roof but that is about it.

Again thank you guys fir the support I need a full day to finish and that could happen Thursday .

Stay tuned

I was fishing to see if there would be more interest in doing a Panther backdate and that would have these parts in it .

Also there are different configurrations of the exaust .From early , mid and to late productions that the Jagd fallowed .

As far as the raised radiator box I am not sure how I should make the mod just make the shorter round cover with a tad that covers the square part of the box or remake the entire side fallow the out line of the hatch it sits on.

Input welcomed.

Can you guys see the line behind the strait grill covers that goes underneath the hatch hinges ?

That is the convenient cut off line !!

Follow that line and this should line up easily.

Alright guys this is almost a wrap.

All I need to do is make the handels for inside the two hatches and separate the fighting compartment from the hull .

I think the ballistic bolts came out great.

There are a few things that should be changed on the pioneer gear layout .

I am not sure if you can see in the first picture but the horn for the towing cable is backwards . At least for the Jagdpanther .

It should be cut off and turned around facing OUT !!!!! I will supply a plastic ring or " O " that will fit around the horn .

Also I am not sure on the rest of the Panthers but this one's shovel is facing the wrong way !!! It should be turned around with the spade blade in the slot opening or above it.

Good ole quality control.

Anyway I will supply a new cable along with the ends I made for the Tiger II as lagniappe .

They look sooooooooooo much better than the stock cables.

Alright guys this is how we cut the back part off to match the fighting compartment.

Square off the fender .

Image

Continue the line to the bottom of the fender

Image

Cut

Image

It took me less than 5 mins . Here is the inside of the hull. Once grafted it should fit on the hull with no problem.

Hey Guys ,

The mold making has started and I used a full gallon unit to make the hull's mold ( There is 2 gallons in a unit ) alone.

A gallon unit costs about $ 183 and I will need another unit plus resin which is $97 a gallon unit.

So that will be around $463 cost for the materials not counting the time it takes to make the prototype and the mold making process .

You guys who have paid , I thank you for your support .

You guys who have not please do so if you can .

This has proven to a rather expensive small mod . :? :? :? :? :?

Matthew I have a :?: Your kit will be the section to the right in your pic above?
So we will remove the front 2/3 of the upper hull of the Panther and replace it with
your " fighting compartment ". I think I understand it now, if this is the case it'll be
much easier and faster.

For some reason I thought it was going to be like the Huns kit, the ones in the foreground of this pic.

Image

I can't wait.... this will make 3 of your customs I've got going a once.

I could probably do this. The difference would be

remove tall fan box
different mantlet ring
miner detail lay out on top of fighting compartment box.
different exhaust

I will have to look at my sources to see if the is anymore.

After 8 weeks I AM BACK !!

The 2 breaks in my wrist have healed but I still have ligament damage .

I am using the mixing of resin as therapy.

The molds have been made and I have 2 sets of kits already poured and they look fine .

Hopefully next week I will be able to start shipping some of the kits .

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PATIENCE !!!!!!!!!!
