What " Modern " Russian Tank would We like To See ?
Hey Guys,
I have already made the Russian T-34/76 and the T-34/85 what modern tank would you like to see made in 1/18th Scale ?
I still may do the Su-85 but the interest lagged in that.
This may never ever happen just one of my many polls

Why are you only considering "modern" Ruskie tanks?
I'd love to see a WW2 KV-2. You can change the turret and you also have a KV-1. Both serious Ruskie tanks.

I wouldn't mind one of those Jon. It would be huge in 1 18.
What about an SU 100?

This will probably never come to fruitation but I was just trying to see if there was any interest.
I was geared up to do the su-100 or was it the su-85 ?
But there seemed to be lack of interest.
Only my core collectors wanted it .
Convelessing from my injury I watched tank battles all day long on the Military Channel and the Allies went up against Saddam's T-70 tanks ( we wiped them out with our Abrams ) that gave me the idea of the poll.

Hey Pickel, I hope your feeling better!
I'm not much of a modern collector, but if you ever do the WWII su-85 let me know.
This would be cool with the new Russian 1:18 figures Melvin has been telling us about.

Im also very glad your hand is going to be ok Mathew
I know the T-35 is to big to do but it would be fun to see.
You already have the bottom done on the Su85 and Su100 and Su122 for that matter but like TTT said a KV chassis would open up the KV1, KV2, Su152, KV85 and even the IS tank family
But my vote for your next project is still the Natter

Matthew i hope you get well, sorry to hear about the accident.
I know that your best seller kits are modern war but so far those have not been full build.
The only bad about making the Russian model tank is that there are not russian figures in that scale.I am not sure if most of your costumers collect figures like me.
I think something like a old nissan pick up truck with a home made mouted machine gun on the back like the ones used in black hawk down movie would be good for the afganistan soldiers made by 21st century toys.
The russian tank sounds like a good idea too.

Agree with Tankace, there is a cruel lack in small vehicles, the Toyota pick-up with mounted machine guns is everywhere on pics from the guerillas in Africa. No Nissan or Toyota pick-up in the 1/18 die-cast market? May be a conversion kit on a Ford F150?
