Just kicking around the idea.
A few guys wanted it in the past.
How much would you pay for it ?
One blade or both ?
Center hub ?
Any Interest in a Huey Main Rotor Replacement ?

Hi,
First time post, long time lurker. Couldn't you convert an m48 Veitnam tank to an m60 tank just by changing the turret? I was just thinking about 21st Century Toys Vietnam stuff and thought that would be cool having a different Cold War Tank (made by your professional hands.)

Welcome aboard !
As far as converting the tank turrets I do not know.
But when I started making modifications I could not tell the difference between a M4 Sherman and a M4A1 Sherman.
Now I MAKE the differences

The m60 hull is a slight bit longer and has an angled front rather than a rounded front. I made a template for it and it is possible. Could be done with some epoxy putty and some styrene sheet easily to create a perfect fit.
The turret would be wholly new. An m60 i would gladly pay for.
I don't have a huey to necessitate a rotor replacement.
