Actually, I don't know if it was a mistake or not, but a few weeks ago I picked up the 1:18 Apache for $20.

I just about @#$@#$d myself!

I'd put off getting this for months, and I finally decided it was just too cool to pass up. When I saw the price, I walked out of the store with the biggest grin on my face in ages.

I would have posted about it, but I figured I was the last to know -- now I feel bad that I didn't mention it. I have no idea how it works, if the Black Hawk would have been the same, or if all stores are doing this, or if it was simply a mistake and they accidentally rang it up wrong. Still, I was happy. :D

Now if only Badcat would make the same mistake once in awhile......

A single blackhawk appeared on the shelf here about 3 weeks ago at full price. It has since vanished.....

In my favorite hunting TRU last Friday, the Kiowa scanned as $19.99. Isn't that the regular price?

That's the day I found the M-41 at half price ($19.99) and looked around for Blackhawks (the store usually had Blackhawk stock hidden up high in various locations around the store....all gone).

Will check more TRU's for Blackhawks....sure would like one. Soon as rain stops....I won't take my baby out in the rain or snow...I want it to last another 30 years :D Hope I do 8)

 Okay, maybe I should rename this post - How I found a blackhawk for 29.99
What are they normally like 60.00 bucks???
If I picked this up, would someone be interested in a trade? 8)
I collect WWII and Vietnam stuff.

Plenty of Crash Hawks on the shelves in my AO and they're all still full price, and mismarked (via the scanner) as Pave Hawks.
