I'm on my first attempt at making custom 1/18 ww2 ponchos! Any ideas on more custom 1/18 gear?

If the ponchos you are looking for are German,you can get the 1/18 dragon German figures.Some of those figures have removable belt gear(yes the complete belt is removable)and ponchos made of polyester.They also came with extra weapons.The ponchos are pretty simple one piece.If you buy one figure,you can use the pattern to make more.Those figures have two different camouflage ponchos.They have the splinter camouflage poncho use by Wehrmacht and oak leaf camouflage use by the SS .
