Here's my second attempt at stone work. :D
It's based off pics of houses in the Ardennes.

wow.. certainly puts the old 21C farmhouse to shame. :D

The one thing I see pretty consistently in photos that might be worth adding is some smoke residue on the upper left and right portions of window (and sometimes door) openings. That would seem to occur because any building battle damaged likely also suffered some fire and the smoke had to exit the windows before the roof actually collapsed.

You know what, I thought of that. Just didn't want to do it on this one. I would like to try it though!

BTW, I love your profile pic!

Flyboy that is pure artwork. I'd really like to see how the molds for the brick were made. I've got pieces of plastic, wood and everything else scattered across my work bench in my failed attempts at making them. Any before/after picks of how you sculpted the foam and made the molds would really be appreciated.

Just know that there are guys tonight trying to duplicate what you've done (albeit nothing close to what you've built) thanks to the pics you've provided. Thanks for the inspiration.

Wall paper was printed out of the printer and applied with white glue.

Bakery sign was the same thing. I normally like to paint the signs, but I was saving some time, which = money for a customer.

Thanks Jesse!

Not exactly sure. lol I will use this heavy duty wall compound. Same stuff for plastering drywall. I will also use plaster of paris. Although that is more brittle. Just depends on the scenario.
