What Would You Like To See Produced in 2011...
Gentlemen..,
Perhaps this is a topic that has already been covered but not to offend anyone I would like to get some feed back on what our alumi would like to add to their collections in 1/18th scale. The subjects can be anything, air, sea, land covering any person place or thing. Stock or custom, scratch build or production produced, the subjects are only limited to your imagination. Also how much detail would you like, the historic markings, accuracy and so forth and in other scales as well. Lets see.....

Re: What Would You Like To See Produced in 2011...
I would love to see more modern pieces especially adversaries. I want a T-72, T-55/54, and especially a Hind. For WW II, I still want a King Tiger, Panzer III, and Dauntless. I would also like an F-4 Phantom and A-10 in my collection. I also want all the models to have the usual opening hatches/ detailed cockpits and some weathering. Maybe some interior detail if it doesn't raise the cost too much. However with BBI, Admiral Toys, and 21st out of the game I doubt I'll ever see any of these. Maybe Unimax will add the King Tiger to their Bravo Team line...

Right now I would take just about anything!
Seriously though here is my short list. Right now I am also in favor of some more jets over props.
1. F-4
2. A-10
3. F-8 or A-7

In 1/18, I would like to see almost anything that would sell.
But to be realistic, I want the JSI F-15, and Su27.
And PickelHaub's Ho 229, painted, for $400.

A German prime mover for the 88. The 8-ton comes to mind but there are others such as the 18-ton that would be nice.

Yes I have.
I have run it on several of my polls and it has always been on the bottom of the peoples choices .

Gentlemen..,
All of you suggestions are simply fantastic. What an amazing cross section of aircraft, armor, and figures covering just about anything and everything that has historical importance. I too have become a skeptic and have come to terms that 2011 will be mostly a dry year and one can only hope. I am sure that everyone on the board is aware that skyworks in in the fabrication/prototype stages of an A-10 in 1/18th scale. This most likely will be a wallet burner. If I had the resources myself I would create a small manufacturing production company and would produce as much as possible the subjects that all of you have requested with the level of detail, accuracy along with fit and finish that would rival any of the past, present and future manufacturers all in a plastic injection mold format. And to top it off for under 100 dollars a copy. Am I nuts..? absolutely but I am very hopefull that we will soon have other subjects to collect and there are very skilled members on this board who can make just about anything. Have we covered it all...?? What else would you like to see...?
Movie triva question for this posting...
What film is the following quote from...
"Why say no when it feels so good to say yes.."

A-10!!!!!....I hope that Skyworks/All-Go...whatever come through on this one and doesn't let us down in:
1. The project being completed
2. The cost being resonable.
