Ok now is your choice to get that piece of armor you have always wanted.

T-34 Vs. Sdkfz 7.

You guys have wanted the T-34 for years and the Sz. 7 is a newcomer. I really thought the Hetzer would do well. But what do I know ?

Now is your chance to vote your wishes to reality.

As I have stated before this is going to be the run off. I will run this poll till next Wensday or Thursday. Then the winner will be decided by you all.

Then I will go on vacation.

Then I will post my pay-pal to recieve desosits. This will be a long build at least 3 weeks from past projects. So that is why I am accepting deposits.

If at any time you guys want your money back that will be no problem.

I think $50 will get you guys in the door and hold your order. You can pay more at any time.

In the past I have not done this but things are a little different now.
As stated before there will be at least $45o or more in material.

So hopefully funds will be there when I gey back so this will get rolling.

Thanks for your support guys in these trying times. If it were not for you guys I really would not know what I would do. Because my regular job is bringing in 0 money.

Let us see what happens. :D

Indulging in your customs is something I'm virgin to, but I've always been an admirer.

If you built an Sz7, I'd jump on it.

Voted.

T-34 has been needed for a longtime. Have to vote for that. If you do build do we have any Russian figures around aside from the Indy Jones Russians.

Well I tell you.

I was thinking of doing a Russian figure as lagniappe . The torso and limbs as well as the helmet. Cast in resin.

You can head swap off of other figures.

Basicly take a figure and do a Russki uniform. The Indy fig could be a good start and I will tweek it to bring up to par.

Will this sweeten the pot ?

I went with the T-34....... I wanted a Me-163...OK Pickel, I'll stop asking.

I've collected German WWII armor and aircraft but I think a T-34 in 1:18th has been wanted and wished for by many of us.

Once more one of our custom modelers is willing to take on a project that the 1:18th big guys can't, won't or just don't give a ship about!

Which ever wins, I'll order one Pickelhaube!

Well I think we have a winner !! The T-34 will be built as my next full build.

I can not wait to get started :D :D

This will be a full build from the tracks all the way up to the periscope thing.

As stated before the only 1/18 scale Russian tank out there started as $350 and Dropped down to $300.

So I have an estimated price on this at $300.

So if you guys are really interested in it I will start taking deposits on the T-34 / 76 now.

The minimum deposit will be $50 get your place in the order. You can pay more if you like.

I had some happy depositers give me deposits 6 months before I started my Sdkfz 222.

Your deposit will be safe and if you want to back out . That will be cool. I will will pay you back less the Pay-Pal fees.

So here is my pay-pal. [email protected]

PLEASE make sure you state what you are paying for .

Let us see what happens :D :D :D

I have cleared this idea with the authorites.

I am thinking of doing a lotery . One of my regular customers gave me this idea.

if one of you guys does not like the idea I will not run it.

I was thinking of a $50 lottery. $50 will get you in with the chances of winning a T-34 kit when I get them made.

THE CATCH IS THAT THIS WILL BE A LOTTERY AND YOU WILL NOT GET THE $50 ENTRY FEE BACK.
FOR THE GUYS WHO DO NOT WIN IT WILL GO AS A DEPOSIT AGAINST PAYMENT OF THE T-34.

So everybody is a winner and you do not lose your money.

So what do you guys think ? Here is your chance to win a $300 kit

If one guy shoots the idea down. That will be cool with me.

It is just an idea . Comments welcomed :D :D

the lottery sounds great, future mods like the su 85,su 100,t 34 85 and german version would be great using the basic hull, this is a great choice for 1/18 armor WWII.

Well I was trying to get a feel of this idea and to use it as an incentive.

As I have stated many many times . To start a project I need 10 guys to commit.

This kit is pressing the limit that guys will pay. Except a small handfull of collectors who's wallets may be thicker than the average collectors.

One time I was almost there. now sadly to say I am not.

I think that the lottery idea was a good one.

So I am going to do this , I am going to set the lottery at a count of 15.

If I reach 15 $50 entrees THE LOTERY IS A GO.

If I do not reach the 15 minimum. I will just consider entrants as deposits and you are going to be able to get your money back.

How does that sound ?

So far I have 4 entrees. I hope you guys do not mind me putting your names down. Some of these guys do not belong to the forum. But they get on it every day.

Robbie P. of Ore. X 1
Piero B. of Italy X 1
Ken H. of Wash. x 2

When I am out of town I will try to keep tabs on this and post the entrants.

Let me know if you guys want me to post real names or forum names.

Only 11 more entrants to make this thing real !!!!!

So you guys will have a 1 in 15 chance to win won. Those are good odds.

Unless more guys sign up. :D

BTW .

I will probably do the later war scheme. That way I can do the 85 and the TD if there was a call for those down the line.

Good luck !!!
