Spitfire N-K-K

Post by Boyx3 » Thu Jun 03, 2010 2:32 pm

I was just at the local record store and on the cover of the new Peter Frampton CD was the 21st century N-K-K Spitfire...anyone else see this?

Please feel free to move this to another thread..wasn't suure where to post.

thanks

Now that is too cool, always been a fan of Frampton, of course this was in the seventies and we all were trying to feel like you do :D

Great artist, love his music, brings back alot of good times.

I'm a Frampton fan (child of the 70's you know), but I'd buy his new CD even if I wasn't, just to get the unbelievable cover art!
Thanks for posting, Scott!

Pretty cool.

Perhaps we should have a convention and Peter could be the guest speaker.

That would be a really cool poster. Probably not impossible to find one.

Its the toy.

And if it were my album (its not, but I'll go here anyway), I would have made the album cover look like WWII era cut & paste style artwork (which Adobe Illustrator is excellent at).

yeah maybe frampton is a has-been but even deserves better than that.

i wish design was licensed it would thin the field which it needs bad in my opinion.

I think it's cool at a 21C toy made an album cover but boy... I dunno- it's a really lame design. It doesn't look like a cover. It looks like a advertisement for well our toys. Or like someone from a high school won a design contest "design a cover for Peter Frampton" thing... It sucks as a design.

Cool 1:18 plane though!
