When I first saw the 1:48 P-40E/N, I got exited and thought 21C was eventually going to "upsize" it into the 1:32 and 1:18 scales.
I imagine that's what they eventually would have done given the opportunity.
JSI TO RELEASE P-40 REPAINT ETA JULY
Alrighty then, its been discussed and decided that they are plowing ahead with the AVG P-40 warts and all...so back to the question....
place yer bets AVG'ers!
Who's ride?
Chuck Older?
Tex Hill?
Bob Neale?
Pappy?

The sign of a great model is that one’s eye is not drawn to any one feature, yet one can study it for hours and continually find something new.
Camo wise, no...it should be identical to the 21st RT Smith version...but each AVG pilot added his own stamp on his ride....so the placement of, or lack of, the Disney Tiger, the squadron stripe (red, blue, or white) etc.
Also the shark mouth was hand painted on each P-40...no two were quite the same and varied slightly in style between the three squadrons.
