So how close is this too 1/18 scale? I dont have the specs to scale down. Very nice looking plane with the retracts...

At that size, who cares if it isn't 1/18th!! 53 inch wingspan ... OMG!!

yeah that's a bigger one, about 1/15 scale.

This one is 1/17 and is very nice; it's been around a few years now.

The B-17 shown is made from fiberglass. It would be a GREAT project plane. What we need is someone to build scale engines and propellers for this. I think this would be a a lot of fun to customize.
