Cool! The BBI helicopter pilots do actually look great as jet pilot figures. They obviously do not have all the vest gear and the G-suits, but when in the cockpit, they do look the part.
Those green BBI helicopter pilots were the ones I was originally going to use with my F-14, but I then opted for the better BBI jet pilots. The best pilot figures should get the best plane, afterall
My pilot helmets were made by the Broken Arrow toys company(www.brokenarrowtoys.com/) and are exact copies of the BBI F-18/F-16 pilot helmet. Not accurate to the real F-14 pilots, but when painted black and yellow, they look the part
