Was the White 634 Panzer IV ever released?

There are some prototype pics on SSHQ Database but I don't remember this ever hitting the shelves.

This is the guy that also had the prototype desert BF-109. From looking at his other listings and his history, all but a very few are 21c. He might be related to them and is clearing out what was left. It would take someone who's been there and been introduced around to know. Not that it matters, it would just provide some provenance for these prototypes.

That looks like one they where going to make there was a pic from a toy fair awhile back that 4 or so different ones
