Is this really 1:18, or is this guy, off on the scale?

It's 1/24. Great looking tank, but waaay smaller than 1/18th.

Franklin Mint put outta buncha tanks, but the bigger ones were all 1/24. There might be some 1/18, but I'd never come across any.

He could have a serious problem on his hands if someone buys this thinking it's 1/18... an unscrupulous buyer may try to extort a partial refund out of him with an implied threat of negative feedback and/or a SNAD claim.

He has added to his description that it is 1/24.
