I'm not very familiar with wwii british trucks, i'm afraid. Is this usable or wrong style of cab? It would probably be left hand drive, which is wrong but i could maybe fix that.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

maybe, because of the war and FDR's push to give Churchill the equipment to fight the Nazis it is possible that American trucks where used, and I don't think they cared about the steering wheel on the left side.
if anything you could fudge it.
