That collection has been listed and re-listed at least once---it was originally $12,000.
Methinks it will be re-listed several times more...

He's never gonna sell at the price he's asking. How many people actually need everything he has listed? If he would break the collection up into smaller lots he would probably do quite well though.

notice that he has had 10 offers, though. Wonder if any of them have been over 20 bucks. Not one of the items is especially rare. Funny in a creepy way.

He already privately offered less than $10K during the first round but was still asking too much. This guy + reality have not yet met. Generally, this indicates that he will be an unwilling or disgruntled seller participant at whatever price he does end up getting, which may be a dangerous proposition for the buyer. Beware of deals with people who think things are worth drastically more than reality.

Okay, I'm bored and I tried to figure out what all of that stuff is worth. Not counting the "extras" he is throwing in, and being a bit generous, I come up with a rounded total of about $5000.
And I do mean
generous.
But then I was never very good at math...
