Thanks for the help guys.

They only make models of the Longbow in 1/72 and 1/48 way too small to scale off of. I need more pics of the fire control radar.

Any of you military guys have any more pics of it. There looks to be 2 different kinds of the radome. One with a few probes and linkages sticking out at the bottom and another with a bolted on sleeve. The bolted sleeve looks to be a little easier to fab.

What is on the hub of the BBI Apachee now ?

Can anybody giveme a few pics of the present hub with a few measurements ? Or can somebody pop theirs off and send it to me so I can make sure my radome will fit it ?

I'm assuming you need pictures and measurements of the hub on the BBI Apache. I have one disassemble and will try to get you pictures and measurements by the end of the weekend. You want that in inches or millimeters? With or without fries....?

A couple of things on this. The first guy to send me a prop hub of his Apachee will get the first radome as a deal.

YOU WILL GET YOUR PROP HUB BACK.

Second thing give me a show of hands of the guys who would want this.

I am thinking painted ready to install for about $15.

Give me a show of hands.

If I can get 8 guys to commit I will make it

Because the made an Alpha model and not a Delta.

Why they made an A over a D is anyone's guess.

.....geez, just because we get these tickle and come hither looks from the large Chinese-driven suppliers who then never seem to come thru, didnt think we'd rate that same treatment from one of our own...

You gonna do this? Looks like lots of interest.....

Timing? Cost? Reservations?

Inquiring minds wanna know!
