Thanks Zelda for the tip !!

I am thinking about 2 weeks and I will have all the prototype done ready for the mold making process !!!

Finally after years of sitting on the shelf this project will become a reality.

There is not as much guys who want this but I there is always ebay and it is something that had to be finished.

The proto is done !!!!!

I debated if I was going to do the front fenders . After some thought I decided to go ahead and do them as well as make some sockets for the head lamps . I did this for you guys who do not want to cut the fenders . It was actually not that bad.

Mark the fenders at the point of the armor.

Image

Draw a straight line between them and cut .

Image

If you do not want to cut the fenders I made the socket for the head lamos . Of course you will have to cut off the bosch light.

Notice were the curb feelers are . If you do decide to cut the fenders they will have to be located on the flat area on top of the fender. Aprx were they are now just moved back.

I will take payments now if you guys have recovered from the Jagdpanther.

Can I squeeze $55 out of you guys plus shipping on this ?

All of the parts painted gray in the pictures I will make including the sledge hammer and pick ax.

I over worked my wrist pouring the Jagdpanther kits so I am going to give it a rest. The Jumbo Proto is next !!

That looks great Matthew, I'd like 3. You've captured all the details of the iconic German halftrack,
it really hit the mark..... well done!
Oh and the price, thats a deal. I'll stop by the post office in the morning.

Maybe something for some 1:18 DAK figures to ride in...

Yeah, looking at that picture I'd say the flat part needs to extend out about even with the forward edge of the rims before making that angle downwards and ending roughly even with the tire's front edge. Looks to be approx a 30º angle of descent.

Production has started on the backdate kit and everything is coming out great except the doors for some reason they are not coming out so good. I think that I made them too thin. I will try and remake the mold a different way if that does not work I will make to thicken them out .
