Well so much for SBP's exclusive! BC states a confirmed ship date of 11/15. Best scheme of all in my opinion. :D

Desert 109

That plane looks darn good! Its about time to see it avaliable and it will compliment the RAF P-40 and Snake Stuka splendidly!

21st has got the air war covered for the North African campaign, now they just need a 1:18 Matilda, Panzer III or IV, British troops and German Afrika Korps troops! Its a long shot, I know...

Agreed..i have been anxiously waiting for the tropical 109 to appear. I've even already scratch built a bomb for the belly.

It's a classic scheme and it's high time we saw it...

I note that in BCA's picture the spinner has a little nose cap on it, as it should have. If this is true for the final product this would be the first time a repaint has been issued with a structural change, albeit a modest one.

This picture is definitely of the 21c 109 as it has the chubby look and the wrong profile tail fin, so it's not a model. I'll be interested to see if they also added the small sand filter to the left side of the cowl as well...

nah that doesn't count. That was more of a fix; the nose cap on the 109 spinner is an accuracy enhancement, which we have not seen before on a repaint.
