The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

The rest of us should set our calenders for 6 months, until he's done buying all of them. Then we might find a few.

I wouldn't bet on that
The price on one of them is INSANE. $75 is too much to pay for ONE figure  It truely IS a evil bay feeding frenzy  I think I may try to buy them directly or something :?

Da General

I don't want tons of them, but I do want some to change out heads on about a dozen figures of each new figure coming out. If someone wants to make a little money, I'd be willing to pay a little extra for some of these new figures ;)

Haha, I know. I was just making joke.

I can't believe that's up to 75 bucks. That's insanity. I remember when the Dday figures first came out in '07, and they were going for like 50 bucks on there...but, c'mon.

What's funny is they will probably find them at wal-mart, right after they pay a bunch for them on eBay.

If I got to pay way too much for one of each figure to get them to show up down here, it's worth it  I waited for over 3 months for the FOV WWII figures to show up at Target down here after they were released :x I don't like waiting that long. It sounds strange, but what if the figures don't make it down here ???? It's happened before :( Never had any German or WWII D day 2 packs in my AO, had to drive over 50 miles to get to them other than payin' $$$ on evil bay. WM has a TERRIBLE distribution chain down here that MUST have broken links everywhere. And most of there employee's that deal with the toys, don't really seem to care, let alone mind that their dept. is a horrible mess :o Kids riding bikes in the store, etc. etc.

Blasto,
I know you have a passion for getting these figs when they hit the shelves, but if anyone one this board can find them and willing to sell them to you - I would wait it out.
They have to show up SOMEWHERE after a little bit and in mass qtys, what else is 21stC selling right now?? I think they ran out of Platoon figs...

I can't believe that people are willing to pay $75.00 + for these figures....when they will end up showing at Walmart for $4.97....hahahahhaaha!

I will wait....or invest those $75.00 on a 1/6 figure....OH!...the sweet side of the 1/6 darkside........it is calling me....can't resist......

I checked 3 WM's here in GA yesterday and there's no sign of them. That's insane what those are going for. BTW for anyone in or around Holley, NY that's where the listing shows the seller as being. Something tells me he has probably purchased every one in the area though. I know that's what I would do if I could make that kind of profit on $5 items. At the moment I just have to settle for the $9 I've been getting for the ones I got from KB :).

You've got to be quick when items are selling like that though. I've seen items go from being the hottest seller to unsellable nearly overnight. When the Disney Cars movie came out some of the $3-4 diecast cars were going for $25-50 on eBay. I lucked into a bunch of the hard to find ones and sold quite a few before they sorted out the distribution and they were available everywhere. Sometimes I feel a little guilty because these are toys afterall but then I realize that it's not kids that are paying these prices. It's their insane parents.

 I have never been foolish enough to pay more than retail on ebay, but maybe that is the jinx breaker needed to get new toys up here in the GNW...surely if I bought some of these at insane prices the stores would be overflowing with them. :P

I found all the newest figures as I passed through Kilgore Texas on the way to see the rangers play ball.

It looked like thes case variation is (4) Snipers (4) German Assualt (2) .30 cal gunner.

That is what was stocked any way. Also spotted the Vietnam and Dak 2-packs as well.

I grabbed 1 of each and a extra .30 cal gunner. I haven't decided wheter I will cash him in or not. I am new here so trading is out of the question.

I saw 2 of the new German Rifleman figures today. Very nice but I was hunting Star Wars and GI Joe and only had so much cash to burn. Strangely, TRU had 2 of the OLD Bulge series 1 Germans with the MP/STG44's. Haven't seen those in awhile.
