Another Source for 1/18 Modern Figures

Post by Razor17019 » Sat Jun 21, 2008 6:33 am

I am one of those guys that love to find 1/18 scale items from other sources. I was cruising the local WM looking for Vogel and spied the new Hulk figures. There was a 2 pack of figures that contained detailed and close to 1/18 scale Modern military figures. I am not really into the modern figures, so I passed on them. But for you guys/gals out there that are into the modern figures, these seem to be a really unexpected source. They even came with decent weapons and several for each figure.
Here is a pic:

Anyone else have an unusal source for their 1/18 needs?

(dollhouse furniture and accessories sometimes work out to fit in with the 1/18 figures)

I did not partake but in WM the other day they had two new 1/18 lines:

NASCAR drivers and
WWE wrestlers

These may be a good source for head swaps, but all the WWE figures had long, Fabio hair. :P

The Hulk figures are actually old GI Joe molds with one new head. Also in that line is a repainted GI Joe Humvee. Hasbro doings its usual cross-pollination of toy lines (actually, I think its pretty cool)
