Ones with zimmerit. FOV's were OK, but I think 21st can do a better job.

Considering that 21st has yet to do a German tank in any scale with zimmerit...whether they can do a better job of it has yet to be seen. ;)

It would be nice if 21st fix their "late" Tiger. But what would be even better is if they make an early-production Tiger.

I'd say Zimmerit as well... While I dig the look of the FOV tank, I must agree that there's a toyish aspect to it due to molded-on gear. The idea of a zimmerit-laden Tiger from 21st is appealing...

That said, I think the Tiger's their best tank ever, and hasn't been trumped yet... The steel one is just INCREDIBLE as a toy to me.

I'd rather see them update the Sherman to feature a full interior, and the same thing applied to all future armor... Interiors, to me, are where it's at, as far as "improvements" go... Since those couple with interiors, it's been nada.

That Michael Wittmann tank that they showed for a while (with zimmerit) would work for me.

JESSE JAMES:

FOV could've done a better job with their 1/18 Tiger I by using the same paint scheme that was shown on the Tiger I photo on the Abrams box---green/brown/sand with weathering---instead of the awful sand/brick.
The FOV Abrams-NATO looks toyish, but the Abrams-desert with weathering looks great, which is why I bought one.

I would like to see an early-production tiger 1 with out zimmerit and a mid-production with zimmerit.

A Tiger with Zimmerit

Given that they would have to completely redo the mould for the Tiger I to show the Zimmerit, 21c could certainly do an early or mid production vehicle then.

They could just whip up the outer hull and mount it to the chassis easily enough... It'd cost something of course, but still, it'd be essentially one large piece that would need retooling for the most part. I don't think that's out of the realm of possibility, but don't expect it either.

Honestly, to me the Tiger's their best tank... I'd much rather see the Sherman redone with interior, or something new like a Cromwell, another US tank heavily used, or a T-34 or something.

Early Tiger all the way. Fiefel air cleaners, small gun ports, small fenders and the correct amount of rubber wheels would be the ticket. And of course a DAK paint job.

The only thing I can think of is DON'T number them...include sticker sheets so I can make a entire Battalion of them.

Initial/Early Production. That would make me sehr happy.
