I don't think the SDKFZ PaK40 is going to be released until next year.

Thanks to all around good guy Teamski, i got my 3 tracks and pak today. All VERY nice. I even like the Pionierwagon.

The paint job on the zu fuss looks so good. I had planned to move the rockets from it to a normal good ole number 13 halftrack i have (thereby solving the lack of front machine gun problem and creating a more universal zu fuss, time frame-wise) and (eventually, when it comes out) move the pak 40 to this ambush painted halftrack (i figure i can do it by switching bodies on the two. I've seen pics of a real pak 40 armed hanomag in ambush scheme and it looks awesome. It also makes more sense since both came out around the same time.

Then i plan to use the ex-pak 40 halftrack as a tow vehicle for the inevitable repainted pak 40 that will come out in tri-colour scheme.

Great work 21c!! Two thumbs up for this lot.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

Yeehaw! Stopped by the Niles, MI WM today and found they had about 2-3 each of all 3 halftracks and the PAK-40. I picked up the Stuka zu Fuss and M16 to round off the other two I picked up in South Haven last week. I want to also propose an award of merit to the guys putting all the rubber bands on the Stuka zu Fuss. Talk about dedication!

I also found the 1:32 Big Hog Corsair and Snake Stuka at Mishawaka, IN store, in case anyone is in the area and looking--there were several of each.

Paks and tracks on the Island!!!!!! The Massapequa walmart had one each of the tracks and the Pak. I picked up the Pak-40 and left the halftracks for someone else. :)
Found out last week Mrs. Normandy put an order in at Bad Cat for all 4. 8)
P.S. they also had the first wave of the D-Day figures.

Thanx for update, Normandy...was at 3 Suffolk locations today with zilch to show, C'reach in particular is so backed up with restocks of older tracks & planes I suspect that even when the new stuff arrives it may sit in the back for days...or they'll hide it in the housewares section...
If anyone is interested, see my post in the 32nd scale forum on new kits...might be an interesting trend, will it spill over into 1/18...?

This is for the folks wanting more Korean War stuff. I'd been looking at Hunnicutt's Halftrack book and Haugh's U.S. Half-Tracks and it appears that 21c's quad 50 'track was a Korean War development. This came about due to adapting existing war stock to new needs with minimal changes and expense.

Mustangs and Smoke 104s.. No Sabres or new 32x planes as of yet.. :?

Stuka-zu-fuss, Pionierwagen, M16A1 and PAK 40. found at Griffin WM in GA. They had one set out a few months ago but I counted four of each. No new figs but about 10 Avengers as well.

I picked up another Pak 40

Checking out the Wal Mart in Selma, Ca (where I found some of the first pieces of this XD armor a couple months back) I was shocked to find over sixty Stuka zu Fusses, Pioneerwagens, M-16s and Pak-40s

There was an isle display with a pile of at least 54 of the new armored vehicles (9 stacks of 6 vehicles) with another 8 or so in the XD section itself. I've never seen that many XD vehicles in one spot in my life 8)

I guess Selma, Ca. is where all the missing vehicles went...

WOW!!! I'd be surprised too if I saw that many at one store. Seems like a pattern developing here since the same incident occurred with the Avengers when I spotted about 20 of them on a pallet at a WM in Vegas.

WM in Antioch, CA had 4 sets each of the halftracks and pak-40's. Picked up several more of the pak-40's. Now I think all my german halftracks have something to pull.

Just got an M-16 and nothing appears to be wrong. What are the common flaws?

Oh, and Merry Christmas. :D

Well many M16's, including mine have unpainted, bare plastic parts. The most common seems to be the top and sides of the hood and/or the fenders and front grill. A few people on here had the problem and the only two M16's I've seen at WM had it. I also had badly bent MG barrels but I was able to fix that.

It is a really great model and many people such as yourself had no problems at all, it seems to have just been a quality control snafu at the factory that they have since corrected. I display mine with the hood open and the driver working on the motor so it's not a big deal.

Ah, okay. Guess I did get lucky then. This is by far one of the best vehicles.

Massive resupply of HT's and Paks at 2 stores here in Dover. The 3 sets I bought a couple weeks ago caused a major logistics event, hehehehe.....

Was surprised to find all the halftracks and pak-40's marked down to $17 at the Hillcrest WM in Antioch, CA. Couldn't resist those prices so I picked up a few more pak-40's. :D

Just got to open up my Pak-40 and I can't say enough good things about it!
For those of you that have them, you know what I mean. For those that still have not been able to get one, we got to hook you up.
I will try to post some pics later on of the one I did.
