To clarify, my point is not that I want an F-4 (which I very much do), but that that kind of post in meaningless and yet it shows up repeatedly in the A-10 thread over and over and over again. I'm over it already.

I understand what your saying of course. On the A-10 thread you can only go on so far wtih facts and things of interest. The goal is to show those in charge that the A-10 is not a passing fad in our mind (nor is the F-4 for that matter) its a serious want. By keeping the thread alive by any means we feel we keep it in the manufacturers minds. I intend to keep it up until I see an A-10 come to life. I'm 46 and I've learned to be quite stubburn in my days.

Um, not going to tell you how or what to post, but if not for Vulgar you would be the only one posting in this thread. I think 95% of the posts are yours. I admire your persistence, but do you plan to post here multiple times a day until the F-4 is in stores? If so that's your call, but if you could let us know it would save people time when checking the board. Even if the Phantom were a go today, it would still be many months before it was available. So, if we are going to have a constructive "sticky" for ten months just give us the heads up. Thanks

I don't have a problem with your post guys. I think it's great to see enthusiasm for an F-4. It's on my want list too. I just have a bigger passion for an A-10 like you do the F-4.

I did not see anything from Admiral specifically about this, other than the first list of potential a/c. Did I miss something recently about the list being narrowed down?

Kagnew, you crack me up dude. I'm a small scale guy, but check the 1/18 section from time to time, the Phantom Phacts are pretty interesting to me anyway...and mark my small scale words...if and F-4 came out in 1/18...that big bad bird would be mine!

Well I`m truely rooting for the F4. It is one of the most sexiest Airplanes in the sky even today :D

I recall growing up (early 80s) & most artist impressions of 21st warfare there was a F4 based aircraft over NATOs heads :D

Would be great to see this bird at 1/18th,though have to say an AV8-B/GR 5 is still High on the list of Aircraft at 1/18th for me too :D

I`m a helo lover first & well they have done the AH 64 already (sexiest Helo going :D ) :D SO be nice to see an F4 or AV8-B/GR 5.
They`d be my FIRST buys of Accurate 1/18th Planes :D

Ja
