havent seen any of the pakwagens on ebay yet. Only a matter of time, i'm sure. Seems that it's the TRU's in the centre of the US that have 21c stuff showing up.

I had heard rumors from 21st that the Pak-40 Hanomag would be in TRU at sometime. I just didn't expect it to be so soon! This is GREAT news!

>>> Yes ! ... Confirmed ! ... Thanks "tko211" for the update. I was wondering when we'd see the new "PaK-Track". 8)

Only if they'll ever show up ( here ) , is a matter of time & question.

we already have a sticky for 21c finds....it covers WM, etailers and can now cover TRU. However, being the wonderful democratic person that i am, i will put it to a vote.......and then do what i want.

(but the vote may influence me a tad)

it was the Pak40 lol, kinda hard to confuse one with and without a huge cannon on the top.

i checked the other TRU and all they had were 1/32 Sherman Tigers?
or something cant remember for sure but yeah.

one TRU out of two, with-in 10 miles of each other.

Ray, Thanks Man thats Great news!
Seems odd 21st hasn't said anything about this on their site. Is it that stuff/ product just shows up from china and then collectors find it and let the rest of us know?
Still great news!

Didn't find anything last night, but that's not saying much. There's another TRU in my area which I'll check tomorrow. I am very curious to see if there's a pattern to the distribution and how quickly some areas will get things. I'm hoping there will be more of a pattern than Wal Mart. My local TRUs have gotten stuff in the past, so hopefully it won't be one of those indefinite waits

I just got back from the Mishawaka, IN TRU, and picked up what is very distinctly the PAK-40 Hanomag, SdKfz 251/22, as well as an extra Otto Wilnndorf figure to crew it.

They also had the Firefly as a Cold Steel item (not in a playset).

To round out the TRU starting salvo, they had a decent selection of the new figure series (DAK, D-Day), th eBald Eagle P-51, a selection of 1/144 aircraft, 1/48 armor, and 1/6 weapons sets (in other words), nothing new.

The pricing mentioned earlier in this thread matches my findings--although the Hanomag didn't scan or show up in the computers (the figure did).

Happy hunting. I suspect I know where B-24 Sharky is headed tomorrow ;).

Attention Normandy, Moth...just for the record, I also went trolling in a couple of LI TRUs, nada so far...I'll post pronto if something turns up, meanwhile, I'm waxing nostalgic for the days of filling up a shopping cart @ TRU with 21CT stuff (remember when the first XD playsets came out)...happy days are here again (almost)...!

Checked today and TRU has zero 21st stuff. Even more troubling was the fact that the manager had no idea what I was talking about when I inquired.

To make matter worse, they haven't even restocked the damn Star Wars figures in over three weeks, and no sign of the new Mustangs at any Wally in my AO either.

From the other TRU in Tucson, they only had the 1/32 Firefly. Didn't see much space for other stuff - they still have a bunch of Sigma 6 Dragonhawks to clear out.

On an aside, saw the Replays 5" football figures there, including the new Series 3. Looks like the new TRU management is getting some diversity in the toy lines they carry.

Um... There is a TRU announcement right on the landing page!

-I think I get your point though... AREA-21 wasn't told of the exact product line-up in TRU. However, these posts did help promote further discussion between myself and 21C today! -Looks like there will be even more stuff going in to TRU over the next couple months! Looks like the hunt is back on!

Halftracks and Paks were $22.74. I may be off on the 74 cents, but they were a little over $22. So, its seems the vehicles are $7 more.

Now at Toys "R" Us ?

Post by MG-42 » Sat Jul 21, 2007 10:44 am

I only hope that this is just not restricted to or limited to certain locations ,.. such as some sort of ( test distribution ) by Toys "R" Us.

Despite that , I know and did read what's on 21st.Century's web-site about it.
